Preparation and shipping deadlines
📦 Artisan preparation
All our products are made artisan and personalized, so the usual preparation time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on:
- •The type of item and its complexity
- •Current workload
- •Number of units in the order
- •Raw material stock availability
🚚 MRW Shipping
Once your order is complete, we send it via MRW courier which will take 24/48 hours to deliver Within the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), except Andorra and Gibraltar.
📌 We will soon update the possibility of shipping to more countries.
You will receive an email or confirmation message with the tracking number when your order has been shipped.
💰 Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be 6€ (VAT included).
On orders over 60 € (VAT included), shipping is FREE.
📍Within the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), except Andorra and Gibraltar.
