These conditions regulate the purchase of personalized products through the website www.creacionescalas.com
2. Personalized Products
Products are made by hand and according to the specifications indicated by the customer (name, phrase, color, etc.).
Returns are not accepted except for errors in personalization or damage during transport.
3. Shipping
Delivery times and shipping conditions are detailed in the "Shipping and Payment Methods" section.
4. Warranties
If the product arrives defective or incorrect, it will be replaced at no additional cost, after verification by photograph sent to the contact email or WhatsApp.
5. Payment Methods
Payment methods indicated in the "Shipping and Payment Methods" section are accepted.
The order is considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
6. Environment and Sustainability
Creaciones Calas collaborates with the selective collection of containers and packaging in accordance with Royal Decree 1055/2022 and in line with the guidelines of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO).
All packaging is recyclable and, whenever possible, reused or made with recycled materials.
We also promote proper waste management through integrated systems such as ECOEMBES, ensuring that our packaging contributes to responsible recycling. We encourage you to deposit packaging in the yellow container and collaborate with the circular economy.
7. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any conflict, the provisions of the Courts of the consumer's domicile shall apply.
