As a customer, when placing an order on our website or using it, you agree to:

1. Use our website www.creacionescalas.com only for placing orders or legally valid inquiries.
2. Not make false inquiries or orders or with indications of fraud, in which case we will be authorized to cancel it and proceed to notify the relevant authorities.

All orders are subject to our acceptance, of which you will be informed through an email in which we confirm that the product is being prepared, you must receive an email indicating "order in preparation". It may be the case that once we receive the "Order Received" email, we have a stock break of any item, in any case we will notify you as soon as possible offering you replacement options for that item, indicating the amount of that option or options, the customer having the right to cancel the order if it is not to their liking and proceed to refund the amount paid.

The price of each item will be the one shown at any time on our website, unless there may be a manifest error, although we try to keep the prices of our items up to date, it may be the case that there is an item with an error in the price, if this occurs and you have placed an order with an item that shows an incorrect price, we will inform you as soon as possible and indicate how to make payment of the correct price or cancel the order if you so wish. We will not be obliged to supply any order or item whose price is incorrect, even if the order has been confirmed.

All prices of our items are shown with VAT included, but shipping costs are not included, which you can also consult in our conditions. The price of items may vary at any time, but these changes will not affect orders placed prior to them.
