How long does my order take?

The production time for personalized products is 3 to 5 business days, plus shipping time (24/48h).

Delivery times may be slightly extended during high demand periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.), if the order has large quantities of items to produce or if raw materials are not in stock.

Can I modify an order already placed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you have 12 hours from order confirmation to add items or make small modifications. It is advisable to notify us through any contact method (email, phone or WhatsApp) to indicate the extension or modification of that order.

After that period, the order enters production and cannot be modified.

Can I return a personalized product?

Accepted Answer

No, Spanish law does not allow the return of personalized products unless they arrive damaged or there is a printing or engraving error.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or with an error?

Accepted Answer

Send a photo of the product and packaging to our email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving it.

We will offer you replacement or full refund.

Do you ship outside Spain?

Currently we ship to the Peninsula, except Andorra and Gibraltar.

For other destinations, contact us before placing your order to evaluate shipping costs.
